Pay Per Click
YOUnique Wealth Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing

Overview
Pay Per Click also known as PPC is the fastest and easiest way to drive high quality traffic to any website. You can get your website indexed in the search engines within minutes.
PPC advertising will cost money so you will need a marketing budget for this. Now be careful here because you can blow a lot of cash if you don’t know what you are doing!
What makes PPC so good is that anyone can set up an account in about 10 minutes. You can then set your daily budget to an amount that you can afford. E.g. If you only want to spend $10 per day all you would have to do is set your daily budget for your campaign to $10. Your ads would stop showing when your daily budget has been reached and would then reappear in the next days budget period. (24 hours)
Most search engines offer a PPC service. The 2 main ones are Google and Yahoo. You can also use MSN, Ask.com, and others. More information on other PPC search engines is listed below.

Google Adwords
Google adwords is the most popular pay per click search engine. Adwords is my favorite traffic method because it requires the least amount of effort but, it does cost money. If you want to drive traffic to your site fast, then this is your ticket.
If you are new to PPC and Google Adwords I suggest that you look over Perry Marshall’s Google Adwords Course and head over to Google Adwords and watch the videos.
Google Adwords can be tricky, and if you’re not careful it can end up burning a hole in your pocket. The key to Google Adwords is to test and tweak your ads to find out what works best. It is important that you track your results and remove poor performing ads from your PPC campaign and only run with those that are producing results for you.
Plus Side to Google:
- Get traffic fast
- Set a budget to avoid over-spending
- Get top quality traffic 24/7
Down Side to Google:
- Some keywords cost a lot of money
- Some ads get rejected
- You could waste money if you don’t know what you’re doing
.
Yahoo Search Marketing
Yahoo Search is generally the second choice for pay per click advertising. What makes Yahoo different is that you will not spend as much money to have your ads index high for some of the more popular keywords. Having ads in both Google and Yahoo is probably the best thing to do, however if you’re on a tight budget then you should just choose one or the other.
Plus Side to Yahoo:
- Doesn’t cost as much per click
- Get bigger and better keywords
- Get high quality traffic 24/7
Down Side to Yahoo:
- Back office is confusing to understand at first
- Some ads get rejected
- Not as many people use Yahoo search
- You could waste money if you don’t know what you’re doing
.
